While most of the bench lives out in the 'burbs, legal gossip site Above the Law is reporting that Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan is house hunting in the Logan Circle neighborhood. Kagan was recently spotted checking out a town house worth between $1 million and $1.5 million, according to the report. Kagan currently lives in downtown D.C. The Supreme Court press office could not confirm before press time.
