Angelina Jolie may show up to the National Press Club next week, FishbowlDC is reporting. The actress would be attending a luncheon hosted by the Center for Public Integrity dealing with a Wall Street Journal investigate report on the kidnapping and murder of reporter Daniel Pearl. Back in 2007, Jolie played Pearl's widow Mariane in "A Mighty Heart." She's a frequent guest to Washington, filming and promoting the movie "Salt" in the District, and coming to Washington a handful of times for World Refugee Day.

UPDATE: The Center for Public Integrity's spokesman reached out to FishbowlDC to say that Jolie stopping by was "highly unlikely" and asked blogger Betsy Rothstein to reveal who gave her the information.
