Late night talk host Jimmy Kimmel played doctor to Hillary Clinton Monday night over allegations from Donald Trump's camp that the Democratic nominee is not physically fit to be president.

Kimmel tossed Clinton soft-ball questions during her interview, the third on his program during this election cycle. The ABC host asked Clinton if there was any credibility to former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani's claims Clinton's health was fading. Clinton held out her wrist to Kimmel for him to take her pulse to "make sure I'm alive."

Kimmel took her wrist, then yelled out, "Oh my God, there's nothing there!"

The host-turned-doctor dared the former secretary of state to prove her strength by opening a jar of pickles he brought to the interview.

"Back in October, the National Enquirer said I'd be dead in six months. So with every breath I take I feel like it's a new lease on life," Clinton said, while cracking open the jar. "I do feel sometimes like this campaign has entered into an alternative universe."

Clinton blamed Republicans' attempts to distract voters from the election by focusing on her health and warping reality itself. "I am out here talking," Clinton said. "And then I have to step into the alternative reality and answer questions about am I alive, how much longer I will be alive and the like."
