Ivanka Trump, daughter of Republican nominee Donald Trump, said Monday she has no intentions of ever running for political office.

Fox News host Greta Van Susteren asked the 34-year-old businesswoman if she would ever serve the public since she has now seen what it's like to run.

"My father always taught me to never say never, but the last time I said 'No, but never say never,' the headline was, Ivanka wants to run for office. So I'm just going to give you a no. But you know, it's been inspiring to see what he's been able to do," Trump said.

She said there are issues she is passionate about, including women in the workforce and gender equality, and she will continue to be a voice in those issues as a private citizen.
