... yet another trendy clothier is opening on M Street this summer. New York's Rag & Bone, a "British influenced" clothier featuring "classic yet modern" sportswear for men and women, is buying up the lease where the cosmetics store MAC sits now.

D.C. commercial and residential real estate investment and development firm EastBanc made the announcement this week. Rag  & Bone is moving in April and buildout is expected to take a few months, according to EastBanc's news release. The firm has been bringing in several big leases to Georgetown over the last year, including Brooks Brothers and City Sports.

Rag & Bone will be opening its 1,500-square-foot clothing boutique at 3067 M St. The retailer has five stores in New York, including locations in SoHo and the West Village, and a store in Tokyo.
