After a long and public battle to conceive, Giuliana and Bill Rancic have finally welcomed the baby they've waited so long for.

The pair's son, Edward Duke Rancic, arrived late Wednesday night in Denver via gestational surrogate.

"Bill and I are blessed beyond words to welcome Edward into our lives," Giuliana told E! News. "Thank you so much to everyone who supported us along the way. We are so in love with the little guy already!"

Bill announced his son's birth on Twitter, saying, "The 'Duke' has landed!"

The couple had been trying to conceive since 2009. They tried in vitro fertilization in 2010, and after the procedure took, Giuliana suffered a miscarriage. During her third attempt at IVF, her Denver-based doctor recommended a mammogram. The test revealed she had breast cancer.

After her fight with cancer, the couple found a surrogate and announced in April that they were expecting.

Congrats to a couple who finally got what they worked so hard for.

Taking time for R&R

Country singer LeAnn Rimes has checked herself into a treatment facility to get help with emotional issues such as anxiety and stress.

"This is just a time for me to emotionally check out for a second and take care of myself and come back in 30 days as the best 30-year-old woman I can be," she told People magazine just two days after her birthday.

LeAnn's rep told the mag that she is not seeking treatment for an eating disorder or substance abuse.
