It's supposed to contain a "powerful new afterward," and Elizabeth Edwards is going on a minor media blitz to promote it, but don't expect "Game Change" type material in the re-release of her 2009 book "Resilience."
The new chapter barely touches on John Edwards' affair with Rielle Hunter (or that pesky love child) in comparison with her media appearances.
At its most dramatic Edwards writes, "I wanted to take a long shower and be away from the lies my husband had told me and the woman he told them about."
But in recent interviews, Edwards divulged that she watched part of Oprah Winfrey's interview with Hunter. She also talked about when she found out the affair was more than just a one-night stand (hours before John went public).
