BALTIMORE (AP) — A Delaware man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for robbing a pharmacy and shooting a gun when fleeing.
Twenty-seven-year-old David Lee Dingess of Middletown, Del., was sentenced on Wednesday.
According to his guilty plea, Dingess entered the Millington Pharmacy in Millington on May 20, 2010. He pointed a loaded firearm at employees and demanded oxycodone.
He was given the drug and ran away. Two employees chased him, and Dingess fired his gun before getting into a car and driving away.
