YOUTH: A 14-year-old boy has been accused of killing Hannah Wheeling, a counselor at the Cheltenham Youth Facility. The counts against the boy include first-degree murder and rape. He was arraigned in juvenile court Wednesday.

SERIAL KILLER: Jason Scott, a 27-year-old Upper Marlboro man police describe as a serial killer, has been indicted in the March 2009 deaths of Delores and Ebonoy Dewitt.

GUNS: A Woodbridge man accused of illegally selling guns and shipping them to his native Guatemala told The Washington Examiner that he was selling the guns to his brothers.
