LAFAYETTE, La. (AP) — Shipping executive Angus R. Cooper II has been named to the board of directors of IberiaBank Corp.

Cooper is chairman and CEO of Mobile, Ala.-based Cooper/T. Smith Corp.

IberiaBank Corp. has financial services operations in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana and Tennessee.
