Instead of bringing in a guest chef like the Obamas have in the past, Wednesday night's White House State Dinner will be prepared by none other than White House Executive Chef Cristeta Comerford and Executive Pastry Chef Bill Yosses, according to Obama Foodorama. Instead of using an ingredient or two inspired by Chinese cuisine, the menu will be "quintessentially American" at the request of the Chinese delegation, according to the blog. More details to come as reporters get a sneak peak of dinner preparations Wednesday afternoon.
