On the stump today in Minnesota, Vice President Joe Biden explained that Democrats see an America that doesn’t give tax breaks to millionaires, but to the middle class.

“We see an America where no millionaire plays lower tax rate than any middle class American, where middle flack class folks continue to get tax breaks to send their kids to college instead of giving tax breaks to go out and drill for oil."
