The Washington Examiner’s own steel magnolia doesn’t like the looks of Vince Gray’s education plan.

“His ‘education plan’ released last week lacks freshness and innovation,” writes Jonetta Rose Barras. “It appears to have been lifted from education documents developed by Mayor Adrian Fenty’s administration, or programs already instituted by D.C. Public Schools Chancellor Michelle Rhee.”

The argument aside, something tells Capital Land that Team Fenty won’t play that song.

After all, Fenty’s education wonks found the cut and paste buttons useful, too.
