As a few hand-picked small business customers of the Export-Import Bank meet with President Obama to push for restarting the expired agency, three other small business customers of Ex-Im are meeting with federal law enforcement.

The Justice Department announced yesterday:


Three family members were indicted for their alleged participation in a scheme to defraud Miami-area lenders and the Export-Import Bank of the United States....

The family borrowed $2 million from U.S. taxpayers, as part of this alleged scheme, and defaulted. Melissa Quinn at the Daily Signal has the story.
